The first objective for our team was to redesign this home’s layout to create a more open floor plan. To achieve this, we started by removing walls. We removed all the carpeting and installed new hand scraped wood floors. The gas fireplace was updated in the living room along with the wall-mounted flatscreen TV location. The bathrooms were also reconfigured and updated with marble, modern tile and new fixtures.
